The Approach

Eight weeks, precisely measured.

The eight-week model is a finite commercial intervention. It is structured to be short enough to compel discipline, long enough to make new habits hold once we step away.

I — VIII

Each week is a movement. Together they form one composition.

  1. 01

    Observation

We embed on the floor. No briefings, no rehearsed runs — we watch how the store actually behaves at its busiest and quietest hours.

  2. 02

    Calibration

Takings, conversion, basket and dwell are calibrated against the store's own ceiling — not a generic benchmark.

  3. 03

    Hypothesis

We name the precise frictions costing the store revenue. Each one is small enough to act on within a single shift.

  4. 04

    Intervention

The first changes go live on the floor. We work alongside the team — never in a back office.

  5. 05

    Rhythm

Daily standing review at open. Weekly read of takings. The cadence becomes the discipline.

  6. 06

    Refinement

Interventions are tightened, expanded or retired based on what the numbers actually do.

  7. 07

    Embedment

Ownership transfers fully to the store. We step back; the new operating rhythm holds without us.

  8. 08

    Handover

A written read of what changed, why it worked, and the protocol to keep it. We close the engagement.

If your floor is underperforming, eight weeks is enough.
